Khok Kruat Beach Holidays

The hotel looks very nice, situated just next to the train station. There is a 7/11 just in front of the hotel. Worth more than what I paid off. Staffs are so friendly. The room and dining area were so nice and comfortable. I will definitely stay in here again as well as trying other branches managed by UHG

Big resort hotel, sadly mostly empty of people. It was probably a luxury resort back in the 1980s, but now the place looks and feels very dated. That said the exterior is well maintained and the large swimming pool excellent! Good view of the bridge from their viewing pontoon and only a short walk to reach it to cross. Breakfast was ok, but the restaurant didn't appear to be open so we had to go elsewhere for dinner. Only 2 bottles of water in the room too - we had to buy more at a nearby 7/11!

Lebua is a mix of upscale and dilapidation Stayed in one of the newly-renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed. View from balcony was spectacular, but no view from within room. Room furnishings were fine, but more IKEA than plush. Butler service was excellent. Upgrade to new suites was worth it just to have the butler. Everything I needed was delivered quickly and above expectations. Elevators were infuriating. Old, dim and musty. Sometimes just changed directions while riding. Three different banks of elevators completely uncoordinated and unpredictable. Hotel has staff on the ground floor just to direct guests into elevators. Lounge was dismal. Entry is dark and unwelcoming, with deep, musty plush carpet. Lounge offerings were austere, with limited views and worn furniture. Hotel location is adequate, having decent eating and shopping nearby. ICON Siam is closed by taxi or tuk tuk and ferry. Overall I wouldn't book again in the future until the hotel is renovated to the standard of the 55th floor.

Rooms are a good deal for the very central location to many shops and staff was very kind and helpful especially when coordinating cars and drivers.

A lovely hotel and truly amazing staff. There are some upkeep issues here and there, but the river view was stunning. The restaurant is great to have as well. The jacuzzi room was very large and mattress was soft and comfortable. I was on 5th floor and the view from my room was just perfect. The fitness center needs some work and updating. Just a few weights, one bench, elliptical, and bike (treadmill was out of order), but it was fine for a quick trip. Location is very close to lots of restaurants, bars, massage, etc. About a 30 min walk to bridge and 15 mins to nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is extremely helpful and kind.
