Great location. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Had a free upgrade as they had sold out of our booked room type, however they sadly upgraded us to a smoking room (which smelt very strongly). Would stay again.

Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice.

We travelled as a couple and our entire stay was exceptional! The rooms are large with modern and luxurious amenities, and have a great view of the city. We were also able to eat at the Chinese restaurant, which too was a very good meal. Breakfast was great! The gym has modern equipment and the rooftop heated pool has a great view. Overall we can’t recommend this hotel enough, and we’ll be back.
