"We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated ..."
