THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!!! GLEN TOLD US WHERE TO GO FOR DINNER ACROSS THE STREET AND IT WAS EXCELLENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

There was a very loud family on our floor. Throughout the mornings, evenings and nights (well past midnight), there was constant screaming in the hallway and constant slamming of doors as the children ran between rooms. The TV/music volume was very high in the hallway, this didnt impact our room but I could see it very much impacting adjacent rooms. We did call the front desk and the staff was great in taking our concerns, they also did attempt to mitigate this, with limited success. Understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but it did significantly impact our experience. Outside of this complication, we would have given it a 4+ overall.

The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We really loved the included hotel breakfast too. The place felt like a tropical oasis in the middle of Rome. The only real drawback to us was proximity to the key sights, coffee shops, restaurants annd public transportation etc.

We had an amazing stay - it was walking distance to all the major attractions or quick in an uber. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The room was very very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic

Great location, ultra clean, quiet, excellent and friendly personnel, great food, overall an amazing experience. We will definitely come back and tell our friends about this amazing hotel. Thank you for everything!
