Staff were lovely - Facilities aged and could do with some TLC. Bed was horrible had to get a few massages as a result and couldn’t sleep through the night due to it.

Room was very clean but was very loud as in you could hear people talking, kids screaming and the nightclub nearby so it was difficult to rest

Outstanding hotel in every way. Staff can not do enough to help you and the rooms and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is out of this world! Magical pools and restaurants. I don’t know how I’m ever going to stay anywhere else in future.
