Spotless room , i had a junior suite on the 7th of 8 floors with a great sea view from the balcony. Great friendly staff, a special mention for Kate on reception who sorted out a minor discrepancy for me.
Lovely breakfast although the bacon was nearly always cold . Champagne was on offer every day at breakfast.
One of the best hotels i have stayed in 5 stars.

We couldn't fault this hotel at all. It was truly amazing. We felt so well looked after all week. The suite we had was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and lots of storage space. The breakfast was top quality, plenty of choice and served over a span of 4 hours which was convenient. We can highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Dubrovnik, wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy.
The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony.
Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times.
Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety!
Lots for families from what we could see. Just an excellent experience all the way!

The place has easy access with bus #6 just across the street Staff are friendly They allow early check in Breakfast is good but same everyday Room is comfortable the view from the room is amazing u can get fresh air the breeze from the ocean is really wonderful

Hotel was in perfect location, clean and modern. We had a few slight issues in the room like needed more hangers, fridge didn’t work but after a few requests were sorted. The girls on reception were friendly but could have done a lot more on the welcoming front it was very much “there are your keys” ...
