There was not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, so I had to go out late at night to buy some. Basic hygiene amenities such as cotton pads or cotton swabs were also not provided, which was a bit disappointing. However, the daily $15 market credit helped make up for some of these shortcomings. The weather was quite cold during my stay, but the heater in the room did not work effectively, so it felt a bit chilly while sleeping. On the positive side, the location was very convenient. It was easy to access the subway and buses, and it was close to Times Square and SUMMIT, making it convenient to visit major attractions.

The place is nice, clean, maid service was always available was excellent. The front desk clerks need trainings on service for being 4 stars k expected a nicer check in - of services, many what’s bringing you to visit us? Our amenities are? When I would contact the men at fe was dry - not friendly and not helpful when trying to get help. No solutions just clod “no” we don’t do that or “no we don’t have that” the girls were great at check out - very friendly

The ACE team is always so lovely and helpful. And the location can't be beat. The hotel is tired and needs an update. One set of elevators was out for part of our stay, the shelving was coming down in our bathroom, and the furniture in the lounge is no longer shabby chic, it's just shabby. But I still love it for staff, location and people watching!
