Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and all needs taken care of for us.

Location is great!!! You could walk to many different attractions. Room are spacious and clean. Staff always on hand very helpful.

Great rooms, staff super helpful

Room was although small but was in a good condition. Staff were not very informative. We had to ask where the kettle was kept..it was in a wardrobe and not on a table outside. . We were not provided with a local map as WiFi for goggle map didn’t work well within tall buildings. Breakfast same for our three nights stay and had not much for vegetarian apartment from bread and fruits and pastries. Excellent location for visiting Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Friendly and helpful staff (we were able to get an early check in too). Fabulous location, close to cruise port and easy walk to downtown.

Room was clean and well maintained. Common areas were also well maintained. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. Location was fabulous - Darling Harbour is a great place to stay.
