ソウルに宿泊する時は　PJホテルにさせて頂いています。明洞にも東大門にも徒歩圏内で行けて 利便性の高いホテルです　そして　スタッフの人の対応も素晴らしく　早朝の空港へのタクシーをアプリを使って呼んで頂いたり　とても親切で接しやすかったです　また　宿泊したいなと思うホテルです

The hotel was smelly on the reception floor so every time you would pass through that floor, it would smell like animal urine. On multiple days, we received bath towels that smelled like they weren’t fully dried and had bacteria growth. When we asked for new towels, it took the staff about 30 minutes to bring them. The front desk staff are not very polite, whether you’re Korean or a foreigner. It feels like they want you to ask your question quickly and leave them alone. The cleaning of the room was just OK – The rooms did not seem to be vacuumed because we could find dust and hair on the floor as well as trash not being cleared out every day. I would say the perk was good shower water pressure and having a washer and dryer in the room. If you’re sharing a room with a friend or opposite sex family member, You cannot use the bathroom sink, shower, and toilet at the same time as all the doors are glass. The hotel seems centrally located but realistically everything is about a 15 to 20 minute walk which is extremely painful in the summer and winter months in Korea. We ended up taking a taxi everywhere. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and on top of that there is construction going on right next door which wakes you up every morning at around 5 AM. I believe they’re building an extension of their hotel so if you’re reading this review months from now, just know that there may still be construction going on.

Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later. The main attractions was the AURORA with LED display showcasing surreal imagery, ROTUNDA, INSPIRE Wonders and SPLASH Bay. We went during the Chuseok day and it was a long holiday hence Inspire was so croweded with people. Looking for food was a unpleasant experience, very long que, many restaurants run out of food and ingredients during lunch time & dinner time, and also they close at 8pm. So it was hard to find food if you are late. So you might need to consider to get your food at the restaurants with bar. So we ended up having Fried Chicken at Hi-Fi Chicken & Beer
