Don’t expect this to be a 4-star hotel or to receive a 20% discount on tours or services. You can find better deals outside or by using Grab. The hotel is located in a small alley that cars cannot access. We had to walk to another hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was decent.

Great location - it was easy to find and near many shops. The staff were super kind and check in was easy. The room however was a bit dated. The door had some gaps in it so i could see into the hallwally and there was a pretty big gap at the bottom of the door between the door and the floor so you can easily hear noise from the hallway. We stayed here for 1 evening - it was ok but if I was to come back to Hanoi, I'd probably look elsewhere. Overall though, it was an average hotel. Nothing horribly wrong - clean sheets, plug ins on both sides of the bed, and a mini fridge of items.

A very lovely hotel with a large rooftop jacuzzi, bar, and comfortable seating to take in a sunset and watch the city come alive with lights. The hotel’s restaurant affords diners with a glassed-in city view as well. The varied menu is well thought out and the complementary breakfast is varied and fresh. It would be an understatement to say the hotel personnel go above and beyond to make travellers happy. (The staff gathering for a group send off as we left was truly touching.) The hotel is a rare find anywhere and offers a refined and relaxing venue to seek refuge from Hanoi’s lively street life. Highly, highly recommended.
