While the location is good (just a 5 min walk to Nagoya Hill mall), the hotel needs a good refurbishing. The interior has shown much age, the doors cannot close properly. Most crucially, the water is not clean (frequent yellow/brown water is seen from taps) and needs to let it run and flush away before being safe to use.

The air condition is cold. Staff very friendly. I didnt have the chance to move around the hotel shops nearby. May explore in future stay.

The staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. The property is nice and premium, close proximity to the golf course. Will stay here again!
