Excellent choice for being close to Krabi airport. We had 1 day/night stay here before a flight. It was luxurious, clean, unique. Enjoyed the huge pool and kayaking. We used the 6pm shuttle from the hotel in to Ao Nang to go for dinner so didn’t eat at the restaurant, but snacks/drinks at the pool bar were good. Family suite with interconnecting rooms was excellent - huge and beautiful decor. I wouldn’t choose it as a base for exploring the beaches but for what we needed it was perfect.

Nice resort. It’s on a beach but not a swim able beach. Most of the staff was friendly. Resort is 10mins ride from Ao Nang beach and town. The have one restaurant on site but there are a few on the beach that are walkable. Onsite scooter rental was a good feature but they will keep your passport. Overall we had a good time.

Pool areas both lovely, the lower pool is a lot warmer than the one in the top hotel. WiFi goes off whenever you leave but easy to reconnect. The steps from the reception to the main building are quite considerable with no other means of getting from reception to our room. Although the hotel is alcohol free the mocktails are really nice.

Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel experience, especially for the cost.
