9.6/10 Exceptional! (511 reviews)
Great location, nice hotel. But, our room did not lock from the outside. You could literally push the door open even when in “locked” status. At night, we were able to use the slide lock, so that helped some. Also, our bathroom door would not shut. We had to put something in front of it to keep it semi closed when using.

Staff was ok, clean room, however very small for the way it was advertised. The pool was not available
