Bussum All inclusive Holidays

We booked the OZO for the second time because of it's proximity to the Ziggo Arena. The room was cleaned and tidy and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We only used the bar a couple of times and that was a pleasant place , the Iron Maiden gig was fantastic as well.

We loved this hotel. It is a boutique property with unique and lovely styling. The surrounding area is postcard perfect! It is situated on a canal street and is an easy walk to almost anywhere. For longer distances, the tram (which is easy to use - just tap your cc when you get on and when you get off) is only a few blocks away. There are restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. In the area are the Negen Straatjes shopping area, the Anne Frank House (make advance reservations), markets, easy walk to Dam Square and just about anywhere. There also is a Jumbo market across the canal. The hotel offers guests a happy hour from 4-6 each day with drinks and snacks free of charge. The staff is lovely. Our room was large, comfortable and had windows that opened. There is AC and heat. There is no elevator. As is common in most buildings in Amsterdam, most of the stairs are narrow and steep. This can be a challenge for those with mobility issues and for those who bring heavy luggage. This situation is common in Amsterdam, even in restaurants, so don't be surprised. We would happily stay here again.

Clean. Ideally located. Close to everything. Loved it.

The room itself was okay with good beds and bathroom. However mine was facing a side another building 1 meter away and I had to keep my blinds shut the whole time. Housekeeping services very variable. Sometimes no coffee or milk replacements. Don’t really go to extra lengths to clean the room. Corridor carpets seemed filthy and the corridor was smelly. Boutique type hotel. Basic breakfast. Seemed a bit pricey. Receptionists absent most times.

It was a very nice room with lots of room and comfortable. The only issue was that it was a little out of the way from the places we were going.
