Location is amazing! You honestly cannot get a better location. Right across the street from Buckingham Palace, 20 min walk to London Eye, Westminster Abby, 30 min walk to Piccadilly Circus. The staff are so great. Very kind and helpful.
The only downfall is the room was very small for a family of 4. I don’t know that I would necessarily call it a “family suite”. It was difficult to move around the room because the cot and pull out were right in the middle of the room leaving only a narrow space and each end to get by.
Would stay here agin for sure!
