The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The ladies working at the café in the lobby were also great—very friendly and welcoming.
However, my experience with one of the male staff members working in the evening was not as pleasant. I asked for help getting some utensils and a plastic plate, and he came across as a bit rude and unwilling to assist. I would have gladly paid for the plate if there was a charge.
Overall, the staff was okay, but I do feel there is room for improvement when it comes to being warmer and friendlier with guests.
