Ko Surin Nuea All inclusive Holidays

The hotel is exactly what you get for the price, the staff were lovely and helpful and the place was clean, one small issue was the smell from the drain in bathroom when running the shower. The pool is small but nice, a small haven after a day out. The gym is also small but you can get in a decent workout when it’s raining. however I do have a couple of grips! the bed was the most uncomfortable, hard mattress I have slept on. The othe grip was the noise from other guests, the hotel is not sound proof and we could every footstep, door slam and late night loud tuk tuk and wrestling van that went past the hotel! As well as everyone returning from a night out! It definitely made for some untrusted sleeping! The hotel is situated close to most things and i recommend the food market opposite, great food choice and great prices. The massage place just down the road also highly recommended ( Aroma ) Overall we had a good stay if it wasn’t for the bed or noise I would give five stars.

I booked this hotel at the last minute due to another hotel cancelling on me, and The Nature Phuket did not disappoint. I was so happy with my week stay that I cancelled at two other hotels and extended my stay here for another 2 weeks. The buffet breakfast was great, different choices daily. My delux room pool access was amazing. My room was clean daily and all staff from cleaning and front desk were always helpful and friendly. Ben was particularly helpful and friendly. I come to Patong regular and stayed at many good hotels but The Nature Phuket will be my no.1 go to hotel from now on. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable experience. Five stars.

My room was in better condition than my brother's room. His bathroom was quite ordinary and really needs maintenance done (regrout). There are no activities for children after 6pm (such as dart, table tennis, etc). These activities should be open until 10pm for children. I had food poisoning at breakfast on the last day of my stay. I felt sick immediately after eating the chicken sausages and had the worst case of vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days. It was not a pleasant short holiday for my family.

The resort was recommended while we were searching for a destination to celebrate our honeymoon. Booking about Expedia was great, except the management of the booked airplane tickets. The contact with the support of Burasari in preparation of the journey was unfortunatly a little inadequate because we got no answer for our request. The way to Burasari went well, flights were booked properly and we got to the island for free by boat. The accommodation was friendly and supportive, our room was climatized and the furniture was good. Big shower, deposit safe, little fridge, charged waterbottles, clean and welcome gift, SmartTV, back porch, makeup mirror, bedlinen-change every day, drying rack, but the sink ran off badly. You could call the reception 24/7. Golf carts could be called to drive you through the complex. 3 restaurants, 2 big pools, 3 bars, equipment and event pavillon at the beach front, gym, spa tent; lots of good features. If you want to travel to Phuket, you are dependent on the offered boat times. It’s as well possible to request other times by going with TukTuk and Longtailboat for 200BHT. The staff is always helpful and very friendly, their english skills are sometimes bad :D We just ordered breakfast and it was very good every day. In the evenings, we sometimes ordered food for inroom-dining - as well good. Prices on the island were much higher then in Phuket (bottle of water 7BHT - 85 BHT), but activities and rentable equipment were very good. All in all good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nap. The staff were pleasant,extremely attentive and so friendly with always a lovely smile when greeting you. Would recommend this hotel.
