Mini store needs more food choices. The sandwiches got me sick.

The room looks like it needs painting

My stay was for one night as I was in route to Zurich. However, I’d stay at this hotel again anytime, especially because of the amazing staff at the front desk. I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Alex and Luis whom both provided knowledgeable intel about the surroundings of the area, and even where to shop for good quality souvenirs. To Alex and Luis, thank you very much for all your help and guidance. The entire property, or at least the areas visited, were nicely cleaned and modernized.

The place is nice and comfortable overall. However, there are a few areas where the service could be improved. The room service was not quite up to expectations, particularly with the minibar, as water was not replenished every day. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was not working during my stay. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention, and I hope to see these improvements on my next visit.
