My wife and I stayed at Montigo for the first time to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. We were overjoyed with the warm welcome from Cici at the Front Desk, who did a fantastic job making us feel special and even upgraded our room. Nabila, who is a trainee, has also learned quickly and provided great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Montigo, and what truly made it memorable was the wonderful staff who took such good care of us. The hotel is new. The room I stayed was very clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were very friendly. There is a big mall within 7-min walk. Getting a Grab ride to other places was very easy. I like the TV because it allows me to project my phone and laptop to it. The bed was comfortable.
