This is my second time staying at this resort while visiting Ubud. Can’t express how amazing my stay was. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They also remembered me and my family. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

A really lovely place to stay. I enjoyed 3 nights in the Ethnic Suite and it was fabulous. The staff were wonderful and always offering to help, the food was great and the spa is just the 'icing on the cake!' I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Clean room, very well kept building, great location and accessibility. Though the wifi was very bad. Which makes it difficult to work. And very bad noise on the 3d floor.
