Amazing staff Very nice hotel Excellent location

Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel location is very convenient walkable in the central of old town. The breakfast is great many options and I love the receptionist Ly. She is amazing helpful, friendly. Rooms are little dark but clean enough. All staffs are doing their best provided very good service. We will be back

Location was great. The service from everyone working at the hotel was exceptional!! Would recommend the hotel to anyone. The buffet was great

Everything was fantastic the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful

All of the staff, but Charlotte especially, were super friendly! We felt so welcomed - every time we arrived to a group of happy faces, a warm welcome and a chat about our day. It felt really special and I’ve never experienced this great service in any hotel before! Everything else was perfect from the room, cleanliness, food, laundry, housekeeping. I can’t fault a single thing, I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Hanoi.

Sink drain plug kept on sticking and did not drain properly. Tub/Shower drain had debris stuck in the drain. Service call on following day resolved the issue.
