Hanoi All inclusive Holidays

This is my second time staying with the hotel. It is also the only hotel in Hanoi that I wish to stay at. The staff is excellent, and so friendly. The bed was amazing, and the breakfast is great!

Angela was helpful from the beginning. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of everything and had everything we needed. It is the old quarter so there is some age to the building, but the rooms are remodeled with new bathrooms, furniture, and all other basic amenities. Highly recommend this was perfect

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and accommodate any special requests I had. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent attention to details by staff from check in to check out. Good breakfast. Pick up and airport drop off.

Super clean hotel, with amazing staff who provided us with a great upgrade. Location is great, walkable to the markets, we will be back!
