An absolute misleading hotel in NY. Lobby is designed as if you’re in Paris and once you take the elevator you end up in a 2 star motel in Kabul. And I have been to Kabul and similar poor nations. Service also sucks. Key constantly loses code and I had to get new keys 3 times in 3 days. Floor carpet not only was disgustingly dirty it was also flooded by the AC condensation. After traveling to over 80 countries I can now proudly say that my worst accommodation of life time has been in Empire Hotell, NY
