The staff was very kind, friendly, and organized! The hotel was very clean with many commodities!! It was truly a wonderful experience and my friend and I loved staying here. It felt like home. I can’t wait to return to South Korea and stay here again!

Overall the value of this hotel holds up. It’s convenient for airport shuttle and close to metro. Rooms were clean and efficient, nothing fancy. This is the first hotel I stayed at that charges for late check- out for just one hour. Maybe this is normal, but it would have been nice if that was a free option.

Clean spacious room, plenty to do within resort

Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff. We had a large beautiful room with a river view. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding and the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Dinner was amazing too.

Executive level lounge excellent

The location is truly top-notch—within walking distance to Eonju, Sinnonhyeon, and Gangnam stations. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for me. Although Expedia listed this as a 5-star hotel, I would rate it no more than 4 stars. The room felt dated, the chair at the desk squeak upon any movement. Even small details like the retractable laundry line above the bathtub didn't work properly; after I pulled it out, the string failed to recoil back into the holder. Housekeeping was a major letdown. The bathroom floor mat was removed on day one and never replaced until my final day. A face towel was taken on day three and also not replaced until my last day. On day three, one of the bathrobes was removed and never replaced (though since I was alone, the second one sufficed), nor was I given bottled water. On my last day, the room finally had a floor mat, two face towels, and two bathrobes. I found a pumpkin seed under the desk, clearly left by a previous guest. One small positive: I was on a low floor and could open the window for fresh air, which was a nice touch. Prior to my stay, I messaged the hotel to ask about the airport bus at 2 AM and whether the airport bus served the hotel. I was assured that the bus does stop right in front. However, upon arrival at Incheon airport, I discovered this is only true after 6:30am. Given the price, the dated condition of the room, and the poor housekeeping, I likely won't return—despite the location.

Options for a spa, 24/7 convenience store and very clean rooms along with a utility room for washing and drying clothes. This was perfect for what we paid. Would be coming back in the future if we stay around Insadong again!

Arrived to a hotel that was booked months previously only to have to sign off on a NO heating disclosure. We froze in our rooms and had to request blankets which they tried to charge for. Room was also very warn with wall covering peeling and dirty scuffed and chipped baseboards. Disappointed.
