Very convenient location, one subway line to the Airport, Hakata Station and walking distance to Tenjin area. If you need to work during your stay, they have a confortable lounge where you can set up your laptop. The rooms are modern in design. They have many mulyi-lingual staff, very helpful. The bar serves free beer for happy hour too.

Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it. Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door.

Our second time staying here. Is about 10mins stroll from Hakata station. There are a few convenient shops along the way. The place is quiet. We arrived early as our flight touches down in the morning. We were happily greeted by Miss Soyoka. She welcomed us warmly and hearing that we are check-in, she asked for our passport to check on our reservation. We understand we were early as check-in time is 3pm. Nonetheless, Miss Soyoka proactively help us in all ways she could to make us settled in. We placed our luggage at the luggage holding area and left the hotel, returning later to complete our check-in. On the second day, I met Miss Soyoka and have a little chat with her. Also expressing my Thankfulness for her service. I found out she is new. However, her service felt so right and experience! The lady that helped us eventually did not present the same level of thoughtfulness and sensitivity. The hotel is good, otherwise, we would not have returned. Thank you Miss Soyoka.

House kéeping supervisor is very details, she check another round after the housekeeping completed the work.

Everything about the hotel is great. Ocean directly across the street. Close to 7-11 and Family Mart. Staff were friendly and efficient. English was good. Would definitely stay here again!

這次入住說三人房單但房內無洗衣機的房型，但是一樓的公共空間各有三台洗衣機和烘衣機，對於不想帶太多衣服出門的家庭很方便～ 空間夠大，此外房內有餐具可以使用，它會是我下次再訪福岡的住宿首選。 小小小缺點，就是離博多車站（商圈）有些距離，體感步行回飯店大概需要15分鐘～
