"The glass igloos were incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful arranging my shuttles to the zoo and bus station.
I was sad to leave, I fell in love with the igloo and could live there forever. I highly recommend this experience."
"This was one of my favorite accommodations during my trip. "Lovely little gem of a hotel, set in a picturesque village. Friendly welcoming staff, light and airy reception area and beautifully clean and spacious rooms (we had a double). Lots of towels. Tea/coffee and homemade cakes/cookies were complementary. I highly recommend the cookies as they were chocolate and coconut and were absolutely delicious. Buffet breakfast was good and varied. We loved the place so much we stayed an extra night and would love to go back one day."
"We stayed here on the last night of midnight sun and it was a very relaxing place after staying up late and hiking awhile. Very comfortable for my family of 4 in a family room. Delicious breakfast, kind staff, bag storage, & a comfortable lobby to wait in for our ferry. The cantaloupe was very good, which is hard to do! Thanks for a wonderful experience."
"Great Suite. Great staff. We bought groceries and cooked, rested, washed clothes while waiting for weather to clear for whale watching trip. The views from the upper suite were fantastic. Separate bedrooms were also nice. Breakfast was also really nice. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel."
