We did like the rooms,the Spa and the dining roooms. We should like to have a balcony outside our room .

Great location within walking distance to museums and restaurants. Staff were professional and very accommodating. Breakfast was impeccable.

All meals including Fikka were provided. At the moment there’s a construction site opposite which worked on Saturday and very early Monday. Close your windows and it’s okay. Fairly close to the train station, which is what we needed. Even though there’s a strike on with maid staff you’d never tell. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic.

Very nice little hotel. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. My room was just what I was hoping for. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast which was included was delicious. The food was fresh and so many tasty choices. If you love breakfast then you’ll love the Thon Hotel Europa.

Outstanding hotel. The dinning options were excellent for someone who eats gluten free.
