The gym was not huge but useful. Staff was nice and friendly.

Great location, conveniently close to essential amenities such as restaurants, food markets, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The beach is 10 minutes walk. The pool area is comfortable and inviting. The buffet breakfast is decent, especially considering it was included in the room rate in my case. Rooms are spacious and offer good value for the price. At the time of writing, I’d recommend using Grab for transport and platforms like Klook or Agoda to secure good deals on tours and cultural experiences.

I’ll first start by saying my bad experience’s first. To get to the hotel was a hassle, because the address listed on Expedia is not the correct address of the hotel therefore we were left stranded in front of someone’s house. We did have to contact the hotel and they were able to speak to the driver to let them know the exact address. Another bad experience we had was during checkout. We had booked a tour for the last morning in the hotel before checking out. We spoke to them the day before letting them know we would like to do a late checkout if possible, but they informed us that they were not able to accommodate but it was ok with us. The problem was the hotel provides beach towels, beach bag, and sandals for you to use during your stay and we were hoping to use all three things that morning during the tour. Please keep in mind that we were going to be dropped off at 12 PM and check out was at 12 PM. They first told us no and when we went to pick up our breakfast in the morning, then they said that they would allow it, but we basically had to beg to be able to use the items and I had to explain how if they had the deposit why wouldn’t we be able to use those items still. it felt like they were just not willing to help. To end on a good note, I ended up losing my prescription glasses cause I left them at the pool and someone took them. The staff went above and beyond by looking at the cameras and finding the person and going to their room to get my glasses back.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly the highlight of the experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property was well maintained and visually stunning. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing, especially Eye. We had a lovely stay - happy hour was more than an hour so that was a bonus. The pool is beautiful.

We opted for the unit woth the private pool and it was worth it. Loved our stay and the restaurant for diner was delicious and the view was amazing.

Staff were very welcoming during our late check in and even upgraded our room. We got the private suite but were unable to use it due to the cleanliness of it. We let the staff know and it was cleaned regularly during our stay but with no filtration it was still not clean enough for us so we just used the community pools. Beach tide varied so we didn’t get to enjoy that either because the water just wasn’t pleasant looking. I would stay again if we vacationed here with a few adjustments on my end.

The location is very good, but facility is little bit old so AC is not controllable.

Lovely hotel not to far out from pantong strip 5 minute to the beach pleanty of bar with in reach hotel staff are great as well plus nut really really lovely man made my hols
