Valet staff took almost an hour to bring our luggage up to the room. Tipped very well. 45 minutes in hotel staff text us how our say was and mention we have been wanting a long time to get our luggage. They responded saying it’s because you just got your room… I walked down stairs to see no one checking ...

Everything that caused a two star review: stains everywhere, ripped shower curtain, dirty playpen, broken sink handle, inaccurate description of Mountain View and baby “crib” which was a dirty pack and play. On Expedia it says “Mountain View room” and the pic is cropped above the now current hotel ...

Staff was great when we had questions/issues. Kudos to the HVAC guy who fixed our AC. Breakfast was good but they ran out of almost everything on our last day and the line up was so long it was outside of the breakfast area. Pool could have been cleaner. Water was cloudy, lots of debris in it.
