"Building is outdated but the lobby, room itself, and gym were nice. We got to our room and it smelled like cigarettes so we decided called the front desk and had them change it. The receptionist said she was going to check on the next room to make sure it doesn’t smell and she was going to come find us. After an hour of waiting we finally went up to the front and asked if it’s ready to find out the receptionist was just hiding in the back. We get our key and go to the room to find out they gave us the same key to the original room! Finally after calling the desk AGAIN they came up and gave us a new key to the room next door and it was fine. Shower was kind of gross there was mold or algae on the drain stopper. Would not come back again but for the price it’s reasonable."

"Amazingly peaceful, beautiful and spectacular views from high above the Bahamas! We loved this place!! If you want to relax away from the rush of tourists in Nassau this is the perfect place. Very clean, Bed and Breakfast vibe with a wonderful restaurant and free continental breakfast. So simple and relaxing with just 10 rooms it’s truly a hidden gem of a hotel. Relaxed atmosphere, fabulous bar staff and picturesque pool and views. We can’t say enough positives about our 3 night stay here! John took us to a few places around the area to eat. Lovely people! We will recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing, no hassle stay away from the rush of people in downtown. We will be back! "

"I booked this room for a one night stay for my husband. He came in on a late flight and decided to get something to eat before checking in. upon arrival, he was told there was no reservation in the system for him, despite him showing his confirmation number and despite me also speaking to the front desk agent and providing the confirmation. The agent eventually decided to call a manager who said he would come and assist but didn't show up. All of this happened between 1am and 2am. My husband had to be to the airport for 6:30am flight, long story short, they never checked him in and he ended up sleeping on the couch in the lobby. To make matters worse, they sent me a credit card authorization form on Expedia almost a week after the incident. My husband trip was very last minute and only needed somewhere to sleep just for a few hours, and didn't think he needed anything expensive. Anyway we won't be booking here ever again! JUST HORRIBLE!!!"
