The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the separate bathroom is clean and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The property is to the north of Zurich airport. There is no public transportation to this place, but it is only about 10mins by shared taxi (Uber/Lyft) which costed us about CHF 10. The staff is quite friendly.

We were not initially meant to stay here as we had booked somewhere else. i found this little Gem and it was in a beautiful area, it was slightly out of the way but the walk was lovely. We were greeted by 2 lovely people and was shown our room. we were not pestered at all during our stay and they were very accommodating. I would highly reccomend this place especially if you like the quiet and fabulous scenary.

This property/villa was just a 10min (10 CHF) ride from the airport. It is one of 4-5 other villas surrounded by farms. The property itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities a villa can provide. The staff is very friendly. However, being in the middle of farms, one had to take a taxi to the city to get any food.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was good, the furniture seems to be new. Unfortunately I left my secondary IPhone behind (in the room). However, it was found immediately by the staff and especially Mr. Ramon has been very supportive for me to get it back, which was a very good experience,

We were informed only 19 minutes after the check in period for the day started (3:00pm) that our booking had been changed to a different location; the new place was not at all ideal, with the bathroom being shared when we specifically booked otherwise. Only Spanish speaking staff was present until we wanted to address our complaints; communication was needlessly difficult despite having fluent English and German speakers in our group. We chose to cut our losses and find elsewhere to stay. Overall an extremely dissatisfying and distressing experience.

We had to stay outside for a long time at mid night with my kid and nobody was responding for a long time. No staff was there to receive us. No instructions until I asked! It was all suspicious! Not enough pillows! Nobody shared with us how to use the WiFi! The whole night people were making noises! Terrible experience
