The property was so convenient for my trip as was an easy walk from the train station. Comfortable and convenient. Downside : street very noisy and bed linen not very warm. No standard European power outlets and had to buy an adapter

Suited our purpose for overnight. Small room but comfortable bed and excellent shower with clean towels & bath wash - no disposable cups. Very hot day and no air con and fan unsuitable, opened window to noisy street and loud people till very, very late. Excellent instruction for key and lift and wifi. Lots of local eateries.

No very good as expected

Clean room. No kitchen just a medium size room. No rubbish bin, fan not working. All night been hot and so nosy due to people and cars all night. Very rough area nearby.

There’s ventilation problem and few basic appliances like water heater is missing. They did provide a fan which made the stay bearable. Rest it’s an average place to stay pretty convenient from public transportation.

Good bargain in an expensive Zurich. The room was adequate and the bed slept well. The air conditioning was not cold as I like but a small fan in the room helped. Overall was adequate for my needs. Restaurants nearby and some shopping. About a 20 minute walk from the Zurich Hb Train Station.

Although it took me a little while to find the place (it was night and there were people standing where the entrance is) it was a good place to spend the night. There was a tv screen but no control 😔

Without air conditioning, the window can’t opened. There is no service front desk. Clean once a week. The TV does not have a remote control. The only thing is that the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to go anywhere

I have stayed 3 nights in this property... The cleanliness of the room was good, the bed was very comfortable. The bad things i Will say it now.... The TV did not work, i had no heating in the room for 3 nights, the noise from the other apartments was very loud even after the silence hours and i could not sleep very much., if you take a shower all the water goes into your room, you need to put towels to stop entering the room. Rather than that i enjoyed my short break in Switzerland.

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were no appliances such as shampoo, soap etc. Also, the shower was loose and the hair dryer was not working. The area around the property was good in terms of restaurants, transportation etc but it was very difficult to sleep during the night because of the noice of the cars and people passing by.

If you like to stay in a pitch dark app., it’s ok

Nice area but I had to stay in a pitch dark room for 2 days as they didn’t manage to organize the remote control for the blinds. Really annoying.

I reported and message the hotel twice about the kitchen sinks drain was not working since I arrived the place. But until I check out and no one even bother to message me back or came to fix it. It end up I can’t use the kitchen and have to dine out for my entire stays there. Also it locate at a very noisy street too.
