Restaurant im Moment leider geschlossen

Bin nicht das erste Mal hier. Ich habe dieses Hotel den anderen günstigen Hotelketten vorgezogen, weil ich das Restaurant schätzte. Habe abends gerne noch etwas gegessen ohne das Haus zu verlassen. Im Moment hat das Restaurant leider geschlossen. Hoffe die finden eine Lösung.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, entsprach jedoch nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert – es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Ich habe dies gemeldet, aber leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

Receptionen var stängt trots tidigare meddelande om sent ankomst. De meddelade inte mig koden till nyckelskåp. Fick ringa många samtal i 45 minuter för att få koden. Omöjligt att sova då den liggee bredvid motorvägen och mycket ljud hela natten. Stor rum och många (onödiga) möbler. Kökspersonal var hjälpsamt men receptionisten var aldrig på plats hela dag
