We did the reservation since we thought that there is pool at the hotel but unfortunately the pool was not open and this was not informed to us at the time of the booking

Sheraton Zurich Hotel
There were a few difficulties with my room, the phone wasn’t working, but maintenance fixed right away.

Renaissance Zürich Tower Hotel
Room was very clean ,staff was very helpful and they spoke perfect English, the front desk was tye best .Thank you Sebastián for all the help u gave us .We recommend this hotel to everyone.
