"The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany."

"The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all...

"My stay was overall nice. Positives: The room is clean. The reception Staff are amazing, they are fast and helped with my request quickly. The Bed is comfortable and the room is cozy. Negatives: There was a road construction in front of the Hotel with no parking places and the hotel parking was expensive as an option. There was no fridge in room unfortunately although there was a place were it should be there. Solutions for the negatives are possible in my opinion to make this an even nicer...

"Clean room besides some dust bunnies under the bed. Easy walk from train station and conveniently has an Aldi immediately behind building. Shared kitchen isn’t much- more of a small room where no more than two people can comfortably fit with a microwave, two burners and a toaster. Not ideal for a long term stay or any intensive cooking. Very nice staff who spoke English. "

"Really excellent all round and even though there was a building site over the road the soundproofing meant very little noise got through. A little bit hot, too but the windows open fully if needed. I would recommend you get a good map though as the streets surrounding it are a bit of a maze and you will probably get lost and end up going the wrong way a LOT. "

"Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and the location was great. Our only issue was they weren’t able to do laundry service because we were there during a weekend. It would have been nice if they advertised that their laundry service was Monday to Friday only so we could have planned better. "
