"The hotel Hacienda Castilla is great. it is a 380 year old house very well adapted for a hotel, with the comforts and amenities of a modern hotel. Great mix of history and comfort! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a "hacienda" experience. The staff was fantastic, warm and friendly. "I fell in love with this place. The hospitality is spectacular. The place is immaculate. This is a peaceful resort for couples and families. Definitely not a place to party hard and make loud noises which some people might dislike."

I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note.
