Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. "having been told aat the last minute our flight was cancelled this hotel was the first avaiable to put us up for an unexpected stay. this hotel was the closet available to Pisa airport and was 17 kilometers away. we were greeted and assissed to our room by a charming lady at reception and food and drink was provided in spite of the late hour. we hada problem with the air conditioning but this was resolved."

"A little oasis on the edge of little bustling Italian town of Rapallo. The room with ocean and pool view was well turned out. Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant. Handily it has a shuttle service into town. Concierge were great. Reccomend a good restaurant on the water front. They really stepped up helping to rearrange our journey when we came a cropper due to rail strikes."
