"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor. "Fantastic property; great location in walking distance from the old town, parking available right next door to the hotel, staff was extremely helpful even before we arrived there and had given some great directions to get to the hotel but also take the ferry to Hvar. Last but not least, the breakfast was phenomenal. No wonder this hotel is consistently rated very high."

"I gave it 4 stars because I felt it was a bit overpriced for what we received. That said, overall we had a good experience. The spa was very nice and ended up being perfect for our first rainy day there. The breakfast was good — not exceptional, but it had all the basics like eggs, fruit, yogurt, and other standard options. Overall, I was happy with the stay, though I do think the pricing was a little high for the overall experience."

"A comfortable place to enjoy a relaxing vacation not far from the centre of town. Easy access by bus or ride share. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are modern enough for the prices they charge. Nice plus is having a beach across the street. I had the ocean front apartment with a large balcony and terrific view! Would recommend it. "

"Fantastic place to stay, great location on the hill overlooking the sea. Easy 10 min walk into city. Had a balcony room, perfect for sitting with a glass of wine. Nothing to much for the staff if you asked."

"Room was very clean and tidy. Beds were big and tidy. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, not the best I have had. Location is good if you have a car as it’s just outside the old town, about 10 minutes from decent parking for the town. Indoor pool and spa area was excellent. All in all a nice hotel."

"The property is right in the middle of the Old town, so it is very convenient to all the places to see and eat. As is everything in Old Town Dubrovnik - there are stairs to contend with. I think her name was Nicolette who manages the property. She met us at the Taxi stand and helped us with our luggage. She was very helpful in telling us places to see and eat. We enjoyed our time there."

We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment.
