"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. "This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was cozy and clean. I enjoyed going in the beautiful sauna and steam room. For dinner they served a beautiful 5 course meal that was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was also amazing! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone who passes through vipiteno, and I hope to come back here again! "
