Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Had an accident while there (no fault of resort) and they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and empathetic. They went above and beyond to make sure we got to and from hospital, and to the airport to go home for surgery. Would definitely recommend!

The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. Krystal Ixtapa All Inclusive
Great view from room. Lunch at beach was good. Breakfast was ok. Not a fan of dinner food. Staff was awesome. Pool and beach great. Not really much in way of activities staff at pool. I really liked the place, but just know to plan on eating dinner out for me anyway.
