"This is a really nice place right in the center of town. My room was bright and airy. It was super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. At checkout, there was even a $2 mistake they made and I was contacted immediately with an apology. For $2? The staff is great. Oh and by the way, they're dealing with a mess right now. Their professionalism is fantastic.
I hope to see you all again soon. Hopefully in peace time."

"This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working. "
