The hotel is a little hard to find, but otherwise, a nice, clean property, and relatively new. I don't normally give out review, but I have to because I want to give a shout out to Cecelia Su, who has been very helpful in helping getting around town. Her broad, friendly smile just makes you feel that you will be taken care of. I didn't get the other attendant's name, but she also went out of her way to get me a taxi to get to my destination.

Clean Rooms & courteous staff F&B is BAD
Clean rooms, decent staff. In room dining was disappointing and breakfast buffet was worst. food ran out during breakfast buffet and was not replenished timely. Staff said food is over since they have many guests in the hotel - Not a response expected out a chain of hotel! Paid extra to Expedia for breakfast which was not provided with.

Nice place for business if you have a driver
One day business trip, the hotel is new, rooms and shower are great. I did not try breakfast. The problem is the location, is a little bit far from city center, there is a big mall in the hotel complex, but most of the stores/show room still close. Need a car to go around.

Across from Guzhen light rail station
The hotel is new, less than a year old and located right across tge road from Guzhen light rail station. Room is clean, nice and comfortable. Not convenient to food and shops at the moment due to the fact that thw plaza next door ia yet to be completed. Once the plaza ia completed in October 2017, the hotel then will be well placed.

not bad hotel reasonable fee in Guzhen Zhoungshan
a few time i have stayed at this hotel, few new convenience store and KFC was onpend near this hotel in recent, so we have some options for meal and few staffs in reception is improved English comunication than before, so more easy to request some at the hotel than before, however breakfast buffet is still not good for foreigners business person, but for the Chinese tourist is good, i think.

very difficult communication as English in there
Hilton garden inn is famouse chain hotel in the world, so all condition & function of room fac& others is not bad however there is not international hotel, just few staffs can have a communication as a English, most of all can't understand English, even though all staffs are very kind and friendly. if somebody cannot speak Chinese, other hotel is better as my thinking and experience.

only Hotel is not bad but location is horrible becasue it's new area so there are just only railway station, that's all, there's nothing else near hotel, No taxi, no retaurant, no famouse international fast food shop as like KFC & burger king etc.. regarding morning blackfirst buffet, only China style food at there. probably coffe is only as a international. also room is small than others but clean.

一般的品牌酒店,雖然有年半開業經驗,但仍覚有許多改善空間:廁所冇化粧鏡丶訂房時要求的不吸煙房未能實現
酒店新丶服務人員不足丶早餐安排欠妥善丶太多旅行團入住丶配套服務不足丶交通只有輕軌,沒有其他選擇丶太多人在抽煙丶房間煙味太濃丶大堂安間不足,太擠迫丶前枱服務人員不夠經驗等等!
