"Nous avons passé trois agréables nuits à l’hotel Thirty One. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons eu beaucoup d’aide pour planifier notre séjour à Zhangjiajie. Une ambiance très « auberge de jeunesse » qui est forte agréable."

"The room that is stayed at was clean and has air-conditioning. The staff was really helpful. The only things to note that the bathroom that I stayed at was really small and the bed mattress was hard. So this is a ideal room for those that are planning to stay here for one or two nights trying to see Tianmen Mountain."

"The hotel was in an ideal location with good facilities .The hosts were really helpful , lovely and welcoming. Theybyook our bags to our room and plan a route and gave us a map for our visit to the National Park.
Hotel muy bien situado. Buen personal."

"I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"Very good! Clean room, helpful staff and family friendly. Name is a bit hard to find on apps such as DiDi but overall great service, close to restaurants and shops."
