"Das Frühstück war gut aber durch die vielen Leute beim Frühstück war immer schnell alles aus ."

"Great place to stay, minutes walk to the East gate of Wulingyuan scenaric sites. Lots of eateries. Exceeded expectations!"

"Very near to the east entrance. Convenient"

"The location of Wang Yun Homestay is very convenient. The "Charming Xiangxi" show is just across the street, and the East Entrance of the National Forest Park is within walking distance. There are plenty of food and entertainment options around the guesthouse. All the staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to our housekeeper, Kiki, and the store manager, Ms. Li, who organized our transportation from Zhangjiajie West Station to the guesthouse. They also provided valuable advice for our...

"The staff was amazing and helpful and hotel was very nice with a good location"

"Very friendly staff, they sat down and helped us planed our trip to the national mountains and get tickets. 10/10 Service! Would highly recommend if visiting for the first time. The lady speaks perfectly English to communicate. Very lovely."

"Even before we arrived, we were already in the caring hands of the hotel's concierge, Susan，She tailored the perfect sightseeing itinerary around our schedule and the weather, and even sorted out our onward transportation to the next stop. Whatever we needed, she responded right away and took care of everything flawlessly. The hotel is full of thoughtful touches, but the standout for us was the laundry service — no matter how late we sent our clothes out, the next morning we'd open the door to...

"Awesome"

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made our entire stay in Zhangjiajie so easy and memorable. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. They organized our full three-day itinerary for us, made sure we were able to see all of the biggest attractions, and even helped us get better prices on a lot of the tickets and activities. One day we had trouble getting a DiDi, and without us even having to worry about it, the staff made sure we had a ride arranged and ready for us the next...

"BEUTIFUL ROOM ,STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL ,NICE BREAKFAST ,ALL SERVICE VERY GOOD THANKS FOR NICE STAY i recomemde to any body ."

"I genuinely loved my stay here. The inn is family-owned and takes great care of you. They helped me plan my trip in Zhangjiajie, order tickets, find routes, and recommend things to do nearby. Everyone on the staff were so kind, and it really elevated the trip experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"We chose this location due to its proximity to all the stores and the entrance to the National Park. We don’t regret it one bit. The location is ideal. The Didi doesn’t have direct access to the entrance of the hotel so you have to walk a block down to get picked and dropped off. The room had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable. They also had a washer machine available for guests to use. We also had the pleasure of meeting Li, from desk staff, who helped us and gave us...

"Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service)."

"The place is quiet and with character. The rooms are clean and spacious."

"Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. "

"Excellent service"
