"I booked the reservation because location was great. It looked nice and photos when I arrived there was no one at the receptionist because they don’t work after 10 PM so if your flight is delayed, you will be screwed. However, the restaurant downstairs is open and I think they saw when we walked in and 20 minutes later they came to open the door, which was great. Also, they left a note on the desk, but I did not know that as a person arriving I should’ve been text on WhatsApp or sent an email that there’s a note about my room number and my keys sitting there. There’s no one there. The receptionist is very sweet. The hotel is clean. I didn’t like my room view because we were facing just bushes and trees and it did smell a little bad like fish could be from the restaurant downstairs, which is part of the hotel as well. Room spacious location is amazing. The food is affordable. There’s no coffee in the room which I think it’s a no dealbreaker for me. I like to have my coffee every day. I have to leave my room to go downstairs to find coffee airport was an hour and 15 minutes away drive the people are sweet. Everyone is nice. I didn’t have a bad experience with the hotel just a few things I listed here that I expected because I’ve been a world traveler for many years and I travel with two children who are teenagers.
