"First time staying in a capsule hotel and I really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and everyone was very respectful and quiet. A close walk to the metro and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants near by. I paid for breakfast but was a confused about where it was. They partner with local cafes, but I never figured out how to get it. Loved the stay though and would love to return someday. "

The hotel is very centrally located and walkable to almost every interesting place in the city. "The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"
