The property is huge and well maintained. The beach is amazing and there are water sport activities right by the hotel. Food is so tasty and I heard they only use fresh meat. Overall great value.

The hotel was difficult to find, GPS took us to a different place. We could not eat any dinner because the food had no taste. Our room was too hot and it took 6 hours for them to change our room (at around 6 pm). All of this made our stay stressful…

The staff was friendly, the food was good, I have one point to share with you, the property is huge and needs to add multiple elevators to other departments, this will help customers to get to their rooms easily especially when they have a lot of bags, Also, consider creating corridors for people with disabilities and young people so that they can use wheelchairs to reach their rooms and other sections.

Buffet petit-déjeuner désastreux, bar en dessous de tout, cocktail (au singulier) de très mauvaise qualité et bière chaude, servie avec des glaçons. Hôtel ayant ciblé la quantité mais aucune qualité. Je déconseille fortement et surtout, je ne reviendrai jamais.

Dans le descriptif on nous parle de 3 restaurants.... Où sont-ils ? Dans le seul restaurant trouvé la nourriture n'est pas de qualité et il y a peu de quantité, les machines à boissons sont en panne toutes les 2 minutes . Sauf le personnel de chambre le reste du personnel n'est pas agréable je dirais même qu'ils n'ont pas envie de travailler. C'est la guerre aussi bien a la piscine qu'à la plage pour avoir un transat. Chambre vraiment rustique. Et surtout l'environnement... Il n'y a absolument rien a faire aux environs, même pas de transport et c'est extrêmement sale ... Donc aller en Tunisie pour faire seulement du transat sur la plage ...quel intérêt ? Autant aller en Espagne ou au Portugal au moins c'est beau et la nourriture bonne.
