"Carlos was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very delicious and filling"

"The staff was excellent. They were friendly and welcoming and obviously proud of their hotel"

"A great little rustic spot in the heart of rural Portugal! Owners take pride in their establishment and absolutely love, entertaining, and having guests. Very authentic Portuguese experience. This is a great location to explore the local castle & ruins and then a short drive to Monsanto 🏰"

"Extremely well"

"A casa é muito linda, bem equipada e muito confortável! Numa localização muito boa. Penha Garcia é uma aldeia muito bonita e perto de outras, como Monsanto. Sandra foi muito atenciosa e nos recebeu muito bem. Adoramos nossa estadia, só gostaríamos de ter ficado mais. Recomendamos muito!"

"Clean, bright rooms well decorated and furnished. "

"Lovely place with great pool"

"Angel and his family are the best of this hotel. We really enjoyed the 2 days there. "

"We stayed at Casa do Cedro for two nights. The accommodation was excellent, breakfast was excellent and the views and swimming pool are breathtaking. Lots of free parking on the street. We were close to Monsanto by car which was our reason to visit the area. The town is quiet, in fact you don’t see people around. The only thing to remember is that depending on your travel date there may only be few options for lunch or dinner in the area."

"Our stay here was a real treat - the room was lovely, the estate and surrounding areas were stunning, and the staff counotnhave been more friendly or welckming."

"Nice rooms. Quiet place"

"Amazing place and wonderful people. I will surely come again"

"Staff was wonderful property was beautiful. The location was far from anything but very cool. The only issue was getting to a restaurant at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay."

"Fácil aparcamiento en la zona"
