"I didn’t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nights’ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nights’ stay at a different hotel in Madrid."
