The staff was very nice. Helpful with restaurant choices. Sketchy on direction to the garage. Having someone explain the knobs for the bath hot water would be good. We did figure it out, but the setup was nothing like anywhere we had been, either home or abroad.

Central location, comfortable rooms. However air-conditioning is not individual so occasionally it's off when you need it. The shower is good but the bath is not very big to stand in when using it

Staff were excellent / kind, friendly and helpful. It was pretty noisy / walls were thin or allowed sound to go through easily. There was no way to darken the room. It was not a sleep filled stay.

Fantastic location near the Basilica, cathedral, Roman ruins, and old town. Clean and a good price. You can hear a lot of street noise all night long -could use some upgraded windows. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. And the cafe had delicious pastries and tortilla.

Location is perfect for sightseeing and restaurants. However, the noise level was unbearable for sleeping due to thin windows. The room has no temp control and when calling front desk they adjusted AC for 30 min only. Even after running water in the shower for 10 min, it was still not hot. I wish we knew about the parking situation before booking, however this worked out in the end. Will probably not return

Hotel Don Jaime 54 has an excellent location, central to major points of interest. Breakfast has different options and great coffee. Personnel is very helpful. Our room had a nice view of the cathedral and a good shower. We were there in the spring and the temperature of the room was pleasant. The bed was a little too firm for me but the linens were fresh and clean. Zaragoza is a must!
