"I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms."

"I love everything about this stay . Room was clean and ready early , pool and salt chamber were amazing and breakfast was delicious . I was traveling with senior mother who can’t really walk , it would be helpful to know that elevator didn’t go to pool area as I booked this hotel for her to use pool . Walking down the stairs was a challenge and floors in that area were very slippery . But over all we loved our stay . Lovely gentleman at the front desk was just charming , way nicer than girls...
